What is a Spiritual Life Coach?

A spiritual approach looks at all aspects of the individual—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, with the belief that everything is connected. Most people move through life primarily using their minds. I believe we are far more powerful than the limitations of our minds. Our heart are highly intelligent yet many people bypass these precious parts of ourselves. Unlike religion, spirituality does not come with a set of codes or doctrines. It is about the connection to something bigger than ourselves. By remembering and honoring that connection, people can cultivate feelings of love, compassion and awareness. As a coach, I always respect my client’s personal religious beliefs.

Spiritual Coaching will help guide you to find inner happiness, peace and harmony while supporting you on your journey to finding your own sense of wholeness. We do this through cultivated coaching methods and modalities such Spiritual Psychology, NLP, visioning, positive psychology, guided meditations, and more. Every client is unique and their process is unique to them.
