Yoga is so much more than poses on a yoga mat. Yoga is a philosophy and a way of life. Those who practice yoga mindfully, become more attuned to the mind/body/soul connection that is inherent in every human being on the planet. In addition to a physical manifestation, yoga is a means to attaining liberation of suppressed thoughts and emotions, in service to liberating one’s soul. For me, when I step on my mat, I feel as if I am coming home to myself.
Because I love sharing the value of yoga with others, I became certified at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico so I could deepen my own practice and share this with others.

I love working side by side with clients to teach proper alignment, postures and techniques including proper breathing and centering the mind. My specialty is vinyasa, yin and restorative.
