MY SPIRITUAL JOURNEY:

I worked for 18 years in the corporate world, climbing the ladder on the physical realm, doing quite well financially. I learned valuable tools, techniques and hard lessons along the way, all have which are still serving me today. Yet, all along that journey, I was confused about my bigger path in life, and found myself craving meaningful and purposeful work. For years, I was spinning my wheels and not making progress because I was unconsciously attached to old patterns and limiting beliefs about what success really meant. I struggled between what society, family and culture conditioned me to believe I wanted vs what I authentically wanted for myself. I was exhausted trying to figure it out until I realized the most meaningful work I could ever do was to first work on myself.

In 2010, I left the corporate world, and went on a spiritual quest to Nepal, hiking the Himalayas for 2 weeks which opened my eyes, mind and heart to what was possible. I had big questions such as “Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose?” So I went back to school to receive my Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology in 2010 and started coaching clients and leading workshops. Then, I received an advanced degree in Consciousness, Health and Healing in 2014. From there, I trained in NLP, and completed numerous other modality trainings.

Over time, everything began to evolve in the ways I wanted them to. My relationships with others began to deepen and blossom. My career came together exactly as I wanted - a combination of transformational work (Coaching) and travel (International Retreats). At the moment, I live in Mexico part time, otherwise you’ll find me in New York, California, Florida and Italy. Sometimes, I pinch myself that this is my life. It has become my mission to empower others with the spiritually aligned principles I have learned to anchor within myself.

Look ahead to the rest of your life and ask yourself what you want it to add up to.
